Bellody Support

A real person reads every message. Tell us what happened and which iPhone and iOS version you're using. Please don't send your family's private details; we don't need them to help.

Common questions

Where is my data? Can you see it?

On your device, and nowhere else unless you share it. We can't see it, and there's no Bellody account. The app lists every connection it can make under You → Privacy → What leaves your phone.

How do I back up or move to a new iPhone?

Bellody's data is included in your normal iCloud or computer backup of the device. You can also use You → Export to save a readable file of everything. Because we hold no copy, we can't restore data for you, so please keep a backup.

How do I delete my data?

You → Delete everything erases Bellody's data on the device, and deleting the app removes it too. If you share with a partner, co-parent or caregiver, stop sharing first so the shared copy is removed from your iCloud.

Bellody Plus: how do I restore, change or cancel?
Co-parent sharing isn't working
How do I stop a babysitter or caregiver seeing my children's info?

Open Caregivers and tap Revoke on their share. "Revoke everyone" stops every caregiver share at once. Shares also end on their own at the end time you set. A printed or PDF sheet you handed over is a snapshot and can't be taken back.

Does Bellody work without Apple Intelligence?

Yes. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Bellody uses Apple's on-device model. On every other iPhone it uses its own built-in understanding, which reads dates, people and deadlines entirely offline.

How do I report a problem with something someone shared?

Use Block or Report on the item in the app. "Report a problem to Bellody" sends us an email with only the reason and your app version, and you choose whether to add anything else.

Is Bellody medical advice?

No. Bellody helps you keep your family's own health notes and medicine lists. Check any medication change with your clinician, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
